How it works
Our products are delivered by Internet download only. After you have purchased, our system will notify us and will automatically send your product key and download link via email. Orders are typically processed within minutes but could take as long as an hour due to unavoidable circumstances.
Should you have any problems whatsoever or if you did not receive the digital product, our customer service chat support is always online to assist you. Once order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address that you have provided on the order form.
Your electronic purchase receipt will be sent to your email and a second email will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.
For instance such as problems receiving an order by email or have not receive an email confirmation which contains access to the digital files, contact our customer service representative right away through chat on our website or call our hotline. Our customer service representatives are always online 24/7 to assist you right away.
Downloads from Microsoft servers are monitored to ensure that you are able to successfully access the products without any issues. We will allow you up to ten (10) downloads, if ever you need more downloads or if the allotted time has expired you may contact us to reset the number of downloads but with valid reasons.
We will also not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to Microsoft's servers if we have detected that you have consumed more than the given number of downloads.
We stand behind the products we sell and your satisfaction with them is very important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via internet download, we generally offer no refunds.
But due to circumstances that we could not avoid such as errors in downloads, installation issues and compatibility issues, such errors are easy to fix with the help of our customer service representatives and our Microsoft certified technicians. Should you ever encounter these errors and issues, please contact us right away for assistance.
First and foremost, allow our customer service representatives and our Microsoft certified technicians to resolve the problem before requesting for a full refund.
Access to your computer is a requirement in order for our team of certified technicians to identify the main root to the problem and to quickly apply certain fixes, software updates and patches in accordance to Microsoft's comprehensive and detailed guidelines. Our team of technicians are armed with the right tools provided by the manufacturer.
Majority of errors, issues and bugs are caused by the user's platform (Operating System) or internal hardware failure of the computer system which are common and unavoidable. .
Our guarantee, If our highly skilled technicians cannot resolve the issues then you are eligible for a full refund.
You are also entitled for a refund if you should be able to prove that the digital product isn’t the following conditions:
*Of satisfactory quality
*Fit for a particular purpose
*As described by the seller
We do not honor refund requests if you suddenly changed your mind, and yet, the software purchased is in good working condition.
We do not honor refund requests if the customer have accessed the digital files that includes the product's license/product key and download link. Our system/platform auto detects if the digital files have been accessed and the license/product key, download link have been exposed.
We do not honor refund requests if the product was partially or fully downloaded on to their computer system.
We do not honor refund requests if the customer refuses to connect to our technical support team to resolve any product issues.
We do not honor refund requests for compatibility issues and for wrong purchases. We always advise to read product's system requirements or chat with a customer service representative before deciding on a product to a purchase. Read our Exchange Policy
Refund requests made after customer downloaded the product or have used the license/product key are forwarded to our Refund Department which will be handled on a case by case basis and are issued at their sole discretion. Technically, no refunds for downloaded products or used license/product key.
Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date.

However, we accept exchanges under the same following conditions:
If the purchased product is not compatible with your computer's operating system. Often, customers misreads the product's system requirement on the product page or failed to check the current Operating System of their computer device.
In certain cases, the exchanged product may have a higher price point. Payment should be made first for the price difference before the exchange. If your purchased product has a higher price point then you will be refunded for the price difference.
Purchased by mistake
If the purchased product was intended for another computer device or has a different running Operating System on their computer device.
Our system's platform records the number of access to the digital files. Accessing the purchased digital files will expose the license key and download link. This needs to be thoroughly checked by our Quality Assurance team to make sure that the digital files was not compromised.
